Lighthouses of Alaska

In 1987 the Shanklins embarked on a long journey to photograph every lighthouse in the United States. On February 3, 1999 they realized their dream after a summer trip to Alaska in 1998 and a winter trip to Hawaii in 1999. Alaska lighthouses may be not as well known as other lighthouses in the United States so the Shanklins would like to share their photographs with you, as well as long gone lighthouses in Alaska.
