Prices Creek, NC

Prices Creek Lighthouse, located along the banks of the Cape Fear River, NC, was built in 1848 and only stands 20 feet tall. When the Civil War began, the lights along the Cape Fear River were used as signal towers by the Confederates and this is the only light still standing from that era along the river. The replica depicts the lighthouse as the little red brick tower standing in pristine condition.
