To determine your type of key to duplicate, lay it flat vertically with the KEY BASE AT THE BOTTOM AND THE CUT SIDE FACING LEFT. If it has a deep groove down the center of the key plate, it is a Schlage/Baldwin and you should order this item #13707. If it has a narrow groove on the far right side of the key plate, it is a Kwikset (order #13709 for the Kwikset Lighthouse Key).
