The lighthouse tower at Maine’s beautiful Pemaquid Point Light Station has been refurbished and repainted thanks to the United States Coast Guard. P & G Masonry Restoration and Scaffold of Scarborough, Maine put up the staging and tarps around the tower and contractor Lead Source replaced the glass in the lantern room and repainted the entire structure.

The lighthouse is located on what many consider to be one of the most beautiful lighthouse spots on the Maine coast. The tower has now been licensed to the American Lighthouse Foundation, which will care for the lighthouse into the future. Photographs by Tony Harrison.
