It Lights Up! Number fifteen in the annual Harbour Lights holiday series, Burnt Island, Maine is the final piece in a three-year series to honor the original Flying Santa, Captain William Wincapaw. His mission was to thank the lightkeepers who guided his plane safely along the New England coast. So, in 1929, he set out to deliver Christmas gifts to those who served at these lonely outposts. Today, the Friends of Flying Santa still carry on the tradition, making Christmas dreams come true. This charming snow-capped replica features a blinking red light and a detachable mini-helicopter!
