Cape San Blas, FL

From 1847 to 1865, there have been a total of four lighthouses built to mark Cape San Blas on Florida's Gulf Coast. No light station in the South has endured more hardship due to hurricanes, erosion, floods and even a fire during the Civil War. Finally a 96-foot iron skeletal tower capable of withstanding hurricanes was erected. This structure has survived for more than a hundred years, but San Blas' warning light was deactivated in 1996.

Each resin collectible is hand cast, handpainted, hand numbered and comes complete with its own history, certificate of authenicity and registration card. Limited to 1,500 pieces. 8" x 6".
