Question: I got two identical emails from you. Why is this and how can I fix it?
This happens when a user enters him/herself into our database more than once. For instance, you might forget your password, so you just join up again. Now we have two copies of your data, and your email address is now in our system twice. So you will get two copies of any mailing. To fix this, just email us and we will delete one of the entries.

Either you did not wait long enough for the whole newsletter to display, or else your mail program does not support HTML formatting in email messages. Try again but wait twenty seconds or so to see if it loads properly.
