Tybee Cut Front Range GA
2009 Harbour Lights Regional Event Limited Edition! At the mouth of the Savannah River stands the Tybee Island Front Range Light, also known as Tybee (Knoll) Cut Front Range. Constructed in 1878, with a Sixth Order Fresnel lens housed in a 28-foot tall tower, this unusual beacon was built to replace the lightships that had been on station since 1848. This accurately rendered, handpainted resin replica includes its own history card and Certificate of Authenticity. 4 1/2"W x 5"D x 4 1/2"H.
You have a chance to win a highly coveted, gold-plated mini version of this resin statue even if you cannot attend a Regional Event. With the purchase of Tybee Cut Front Range Light and any full-size Harbour Lights replica (excluding "Little Lights), a Voucher in your name will automatically be submitted for each piece ordered. At the end of the year, a special drawing of these vouchers will award one lucky winner a gold-plated replica.
