Nine-year-old Carolyn Plemmons of Alpena, Michigan took a moment here to pose with Lighthouse Digest editor Tim Harrison. Carolyn won hundreds of new friends at the Great Lakes Lighthouse Festival when she sang a song, only written two weeks previously, about saving the Waugoshance Lighthouse. Her recording of the song will soon be available on CD. She is truly going to be one of the “Keepers of Tomorrow.”
