Movers have begun to fill in the new foundation of the Principal Keepers Quarters of Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The Double Keepers Quarters is over the footers position of its new foundation. The steel beams were later pulled and the Double Keepers Quarters was lowered to its new location..
