These photos are from the first ever Change of Command ceremony held by Coast Guard Group Woods Hole at the Nobska Lighthouse. Outgoing Group Woods Hole (MA) Commander Russell Webster took command of Group Woods Hole in 1998 and he and his family lived in the Nobska Lighthouse.
