The inside face features a lighthouse, the words United States Lighthouse Service and the wheat leaves logo used by the original U.S. Lighthouse Service that was dissolved in 1939. The 20 custom 110 volt electric synchronous movement clock is made of aluminum and glass construction with a hand formed neon tube that should last for over 100,000 hours.
