SECURITY INFORMATION: YOU AND YOUR CREDIT CARD AT LIGHTHOUSE DEPOT
This site supports three concurrent levels of security. Firstly, we use SSL security to establish an encrypted link between your browser and our server before you send your credit card information to us.
Secondly, when we process the order, the server sends an encrypted message using PGP 128-bit encryption to us. This means your credit card information cannot be extracted from the email process.
Thirdly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, when we store your credit card information, it is encrypted using the same 128 bit encryption directly into our database which means that even should a hacker access the server, they will be unable to decrypt your credit card information.
Lighthouse Depot wants you to feel comfortable about giving out your credit card information. This is why our security system is the best there is.
