The Bahamian government has leased the keeper's quarters to the Bahamas Marine Mammal Survey. It is now the the base of operations for the organization.

Current Use: Active aid to navigation, research station.

Directions:
Vistors are welcome but the road to Hole in the Wall from the paved Great Abaco Highway is difficult. A high clearance vehicle is strongly advised. From the turn-off to the lighthouse is 15 miles, allow at least an hour and a half each way.
