Notes:
This is the only privately operated lighthouse in the United Kingdom. It was discontinued by Trinity House in 1987. If you would like to become a member of the Friends of Happisburgh Lighthouse, send your payment to Mrs. C. M. Payne, (FHL-L52), The Monastery, Happisburgh, Norwich, NR12 OAB. Membership is £5 for single membership, £10 for families, OAP/non-wage earner £2.50.
Characteristic and Range: Three white flashed every 30 seconds.
Description of Tower: Conical tower with red and white horizontal bands.
