This lighthouse was established by the Danish government.

Characteristic and Range: White flash every 15 seconds, visible for 9 nautical miles (1920).

Description of Tower: 1844: Tower, focal plane height of 95 feet; 1878: Circular red tower, focal plane height of 182 feet; 1912: White circular tower with a green lantern, focal plane height of 121 feet.
