Bruce Roberts is a well known and respected lighthouse historian, photographer and author. He has coauthored seven best selling lighthouse books as well as numerous other historical books. His photography is respected world wide and some are part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution. He is a founding charter member of the Outer Banks Lighthouse Society
