This month's cover photo is of Michigan's Little Sable Point Lighthouse taken by Joann Flanagan of Oregon, Ohio. Little Sable Lighthouse was completed in 1874 and automated in 1954. At the time of automation the United States Coast Gurad demolished the Keepers House, although the remains of the foundation can still be seen at the site. Today the lighthouse is located on the grounds of Silver Lake State Park.
