Tim Harrison, Regent Lord Master of the Republic of Boon Island appoints Marcia Jahn Director of the Secretary General of the Department of Transportation to the Republic of Boon Island. Just minutes before Harrison had appointed her husband, Carl, Secretary General of the Department of Transportation, saying that since he knew Marcia was the real boss, her title gives her authority over the Secretary General.
