OBLHS Member Brett Westwood, dressed in a period USLHE uniform raises a 15 star, 15 bar flag at Cape Hatteras light station as part of the celebration of 200 years of lighthouses in the area. The 15 star-15 bar flag is the “Old Glory” flag that flew at Fort McHenry when Francis Scott Key wrote what became the National Anthem.
