Joseph Napiezinski was 77 years old at the time this photograph was taken in 1952. He was second assistant keeper at Twin River Point Lighthouse in 1893 when he was transferred to Chambers Island Lighthouse in Greenbay that same year. In 1900 he was Head Keeper at Twin River Point until 1911 when he was transferred to Manitowoc where he served until his retirement in 1941.
