Ken Black, along with his wife Dottie, were in attendance at the Lighthship Memorial ceremony. Ken is a former Lightship Commander and founder of the Shore Village Lighthouse Museum in Rockland, Maine. Dottie is the co-chairwoman of the Friends of Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse.
