This large display in memory of the crewmen who lost their lives on the Vineyard Sound Lightship #73 during the Hurricane of September 1944, was on display at the ceremony. Pictured in the center is CWO J. Edgar Sevigny, USCG. His daughter, who was present at the Lightship Memorial Ceremony, was presented with the mallet that was used to strike the bell during the ceremony.
