The 1903 tower here was badly damaged by a fire caused by lightning on December 14, 1934.

Height of Focal Plane: 118

Characteristic and Range: Flashing white every 10 seconds, visible for 18 nautical miles.

Description of Tower: White square tower, red vertical stripes on each of the four sides.
