This lighthouse was built in the late 1980s by personnel of the Saint John Coast Guard Base. It has a working light but is not an official aid to navigation.

Directions:
The lighthouse is near the end of a wharf on the Coast Guard base on Water Street. It can be seen from across Market Slip. There are plans to build a walkway along the waterfront in the future that may incorporate the lighthouse.
