Bill Younger presented Connie Small with the Artist’s Proof of the Harbour Lights Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse replica that was pre-released in honor of Connie’s 100th birthday. The Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse was the last station where she and her husband lived, retiring in 1948.
