Now here’s an artifact from the days of the United States Lighthouse Service that we have never seen before. Notice the letters USLHS in the mat. We doubt that there are many of these left in existence. This one belongs to Mark Hill of Huntington, Vermont and has been in his family for years. If anyone has seen one of these before, please contact us at Editor, Lighthouse Digest, P.O. Box 1690, Wells, Maine 04090 or email Timh@Lhdigest.com

We’d love to have one for the American Lighthouse Foundation Lighthouse Museum!
