Question: I got two identical emails from you. Why is this and how can I fix it?
This happens when a user enters him/herself into our database more than once. For instance, you might forget your password, so you just join up again. Now we have two copies of your data, and your email address is now in our system twice. So you will get two copies of any mailing. To fix this, just email us and we will delete one of the entries.
