I started collecting lighthouses almost 10 years ago while undergoing chemotherapy treatments for cancer. At that point it was a unique thing to collect and also hard to find pieces, but now it isn’t very unique and the good thing is I find lighthouse items everywhere. I have visited the many lighthouses in Michigan and it is my goal to visit all of them. I am taking a professional photography class so I can capture these lighthouses in different settings.
