I was born within visual distance of a lighthouse and have loved them since I was a little girl, watching the light of one from the 2nd floor window of my grandmother's home. My 'collection' of lighthouses right now is about 50, mostly Lefton and/or Lenox lighthouse thimbles (I have all of the ones made).
