I am the director of media for West Michigan Tourist Association (WMTA) -- the publishers of the official (Free!) Lake Michigan Circle Tour & Lighthouse Guide. My first project with WMTA was the guide and I've been hooked ever since. My primary goal for WMTA is to have a photograph of every light on Lake Michigan and in the Straits of Mackinaw. We are really lacking along the Wisconsin shoreline. My ultimate goal is to have reprints of historical photographs (including keepers and their families) for all the lighthouses. We are always accepting quality images and always provide photo credit. Contact me if you have images you'd like to share. Any histories, stories, legends and hauntings are also of interested. I'm looking for people to share -- and share and share. The more I hear, the more fascinated I become.
