LIGHTHOUSE INTERESTS I am a lighthouse fanatic. I love them all. My favorites to date are Bodie Island on the Outer Banks, Montauk Point on Long Island and Southeastern Light on Block Island. I read anything I can and go to Lighthouse Depot every July while vacationing in Maine!! Portland Headlight in Maine started my love for the lights!!

My husband, daughter and myself have found great enjoyment in traveling around the country seeking out lighthouses from Maine to the Outer Banks to the Great Lakes. By the end of March, we will have seen 36 of them in three years.
