LIGHTHOUSE INTERESTS
Picking a specific Light is difficult. I've visited over 170 lights over the years and they all have a special place in my heart, however, my favorites include Tawas Point, MI....Old Point Comford, VA....Cape Hatteras, NC....Thomas Point, MD....the 2 Cape Henry's....and Peggy's Cove, NS (Canada). Its really hard to stop there as the list could go on and on...LOL!!

I am an Engineer/Planner and live in southern Virginia. I've been interested in "the Lights" for most of my life, probably because I was born and raised in Michigan. I enjoy writing and photographing lighthouses but my true love in doing pen & inks of them. My interests include music, the Arts, travel, Tall-Ships, Great Lakes Freighters, Harbour Lights collectables, and LIGHTHOUSES, of course. I also have a fond-interest in American Lightships. I also volunteer to go into schools and teach lighthouse preservation & LH history.
